Idea to honor my Beloved...

I love to knit.  I have projects that require a pattern and concentration that I knit at home. When I am in public I knit wash cloths.  I mean great-big-ten-inch-or-more-square-all-cotton wash cloths!

I will now knit these only for my Beloved.  He will know that my hands are working for him and that my mind is on him even when away from home.

I'm sure he will appreciate these, as they are definitely man-sized!  Being a man, he may not realize the amount of work that goes into them, but I am certain he will appreciate the luxury.

I knit them out of sugar-n-cream, or peaches-n-cream (name depends on where you buy it?) which is all cotton worsted.  I will be switching to organic cotton as soon as I run out of this.  Anyway, they are super soft and thirsty.  I just made up the patterns and will try to make no two alike, unless he discovers he has a favorite and requests that.  My current cloth is being knit in a basketweave pattern.  Very pretty, very luxurious!!!

Oooh..these sound wonderful! Knitting is something that I've never had any talent for. They sound like they'd be so luxurious and nice to use. I'm sure he will appreciate what you are doing, as well.
